Professor Jeewhan Yoon researches organizational change, innovation, and leadership, with a focus on how firms commercialize technology and build new ventures. Before joining Korea University, he advised clients across manufacturing, finance, distribution, and healthcare at McKinsey & Company, and taught management at California State University, Los Angeles.
